We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including tracking and identifying freight, conducting audits, and inspecting products.
  • Provide basic maintenance to equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing labels and ribbons.
  • Model the Walmart values and promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities, or 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
