Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. The successful candidate will provide specialized care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including neurological, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments every 2 to 4 hours for each patient to ensure optimal care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
