As a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU), you'll have the opportunity to pioneer new models of care and transform the healthcare experience through advanced technology and innovative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide highly specialized care to critically ill patients, including management of various treatment modalities such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, and Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and competency validation to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Minimum of one year ICU experience preferred.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
