Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests promptly and courteously, adhering to our service standards and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Receive, deliver, and clear food and beverages during service, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Upsell and suggestively sell menu items and beverages to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Knowledge and Maintenance: Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings, specials, and menu prices, and complete sidework as assigned by shift supervisors or leaders.
  • Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to Omni's safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and sanitized workspace.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in a hotel, country club, or restaurant.
  • Certifications: TIPS alcohol and Food Handlers certifications.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for the entirety of the shift.
Working Environment
  • Availability: Must be able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively with guests and other associates.
