Breakfast & Brunch Server

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Breakfast & Brunch Server to join our team at the Interlocken Resort & Spa. As a Breakfast & Brunch Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service to all guests.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel standards and local laws.
• Perform all necessary tasks for a server according to the standard operating procedure of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation awareness standards.
• Prepare daily for health department and Ecosure inspections.
• Report to management any need for housekeeping or maintenance of restaurant and restaurant equipment.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of all restaurant space, FOH & BOH.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among co-workers.

• Minimum 1 year serving experience required.
• Must have knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Candidate must have hands-on food and beverage knowledge and a comprehensive, working knowledge of the hospitality business.
• Proven ability to engage guests at all levels.
• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Must possess the ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations.
• Must have the ability to report to work on time and when scheduled.
• Must meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene at all times.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy to include: Payroll systems, Micros, POS systems.
• Serve Safe certified | Unexpired TIPs required.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
