Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Responsible for performing month-end duties, preparing daily receivables, and resolving guest billing disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, charge inquiries, and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and complete all financial reports, including but not limited to, setting up late bills and preparing journal entries.
  • Communication: Coordinate and verify receiving tickets, purchase orders, and invoices for proper coding and approval signature.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent with knowledge of basic accounting. You must be computer literate and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have command of the English language, written and verbal, and mathematical skills. Prior A/R & Collections experience is a plus.

Compensation
