Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to join our team at Economy Exterminators. This role will be responsible for supervising office activities, developing and implementing the office plan and budget, and overseeing accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise office activities to achieve required performance outcomes
  • Develop and implement office plan and budget
  • Oversee some accounting functions, including A/R and bank deposits
Requirements:
  • Read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Licenced to work in the U.S.
  • Possess high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Available to work required days and times
  • Free of any illegal drug use
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two-year college degree
  • Two years experience in administrative leadership role
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
