We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our People & Culture team at Camillo Companies. This is a full-time, exempt-salaried position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in implementing our organization's Benefit & Total Rewards strategy. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day benefit operations, including reconciliation, billing, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Summary

The Benefits Administrator will oversee all aspects of employee benefits & total rewards programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits for 475+ Full-time employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive benefit and total rewards strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefits programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
  4. Analyze benefits data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
