As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in implementing our organization's Benefit & Total Rewards strategy. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day benefit operations, including reconciliation, billing, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job SummaryThe Benefits Administrator will oversee all aspects of employee benefits & total rewards programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits for 475+ Full-time employees.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive benefit and total rewards strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
- Analyze benefits data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
