Camillo Companies is a leading provider of residential and commercial properties in Texas, and we are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. As an Employee Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.

You will work closely with our benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our benefits programs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations and experience in self-funded insurance plans, claims analysis, reporting, and billing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage our employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
  • Develop and implement employee communication strategies to educate and inform employees about their benefits.
  • Work closely with our benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
