Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to all retail customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Package Processing: Receive and process packages for courier shipment, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Office Equipment Operation: Operate various office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and laminating machines, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including best-value options, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the UPS Store team to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience and strong customer service skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, ability to cross-sell and up-sell products and services, strong computer skills, and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Availability: Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays, as well as extended periods of time on your feet.
