About the Role

The Evening Reception Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk during evening hours, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and secure as they enter our facility. This role is pivotal in establishing a positive first impression and fostering a sense of community among visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area with all necessary supplies.
  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
  • Respond to inquiries and address any concerns or requests from visitors.
  • Guide guests to their designated meeting areas.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as required.
  • Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of all individuals within the premises.
  • Keep common areas tidy and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Ensure all lights are turned off and the building is secured at the end of the evening.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A high school diploma is required; further education is a plus.

Reporting Structure

The Evening Reception Coordinator will report directly to the Facilities Coordinator.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability on Monday and Wednesday evenings, with potential for additional hours as needed.
