Server Job Description

At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy dishes and trays, as well as stand for long periods of time.
