  • The compensation range reflects the typical pay at the time of hiring, influenced by factors such as experience and specific skill sets.
  • This role includes eligibility for Mondo's health insurance and retirement plans, adhering to applicable local laws regarding paid sick leave.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive process of email marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to devise effective email content strategies, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Manage targeted email distributions, determining audience segments and utilizing the email campaign system for deployment.
  • Engage in strategic planning and execution of email marketing initiatives.
  • Develop compelling email content.
  • Conduct analytics to assess the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the entire campaign lifecycle from concept to execution, including audience segmentation, messaging, technical deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Utilize Acoustics for email campaigns, while remaining adaptable to various tools.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven ability to strategize and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in content creation and messaging.
  • Experience in audience segmentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with design teams to produce digital marketing materials.
  • Basic graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Extensive experience with CRM email marketing platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustics, MailChimp, and Drip.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email design execution.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes for email campaigns.
  • Experience with email automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an agency setting.
