About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assign and direct electricians to customer locations, ensuring that schedules are coordinated and prioritized effectively.
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
