Job Title: ServiceNow Transformation Lead

Location: Remote within the US but requires frequent travel.

Position: ServiceNow Techno-Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual with a blend of technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow to lead and deliver ServiceNow projects, engage with clients during the sales cycle as a Sales Engineer, and take ownership of technical leadership from discovery to implementation.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Requirements:

· Experience:

o Minimum of 5 years in IT with a strong technology background.

o Proven experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities and product offerings, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM, PPM, and App Engine.

o Hands-on experience implementing at least one ServiceNow product offering.

o ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus.

· Skills:

o Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong articulation and analytical reasoning skills.

o Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

o Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions.

2. Project Leadership:

o Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and implementation planning.

o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

3. Client Engagement:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

o Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.

o Represent stakeholder interests throughout planning, development, and release processes.

4. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

o Use interviews, workshops, document analysis, and workflow analysis to gather and analyze requirements.

o Document requirements in user stories, functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and other formats as necessary.

5. Delivery Oversight:

o Work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are developed, tested, and delivered to specifications.

o Assist QA teams during implementation to identify and address bugs or misunderstandings early.

o Conduct demos for customers and stakeholders, addressing feature requests and changes.

6. Support and Adoption:

o Assist clients during UAT and production environments to ensure smooth adoption.

o Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.

7. Consultancy:

o Identify areas of improvement in client environments and propose solutions in collaboration with the consultancy team.

o Communicate consultancy deliverables to both technical and business stakeholders.

o Lead multiple ServiceNow implementation projects to deliver measurable transformation for clients.
