Responsibilities:
  • Assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care, and treatment of patients in an outpatient cardiology practice setting.
  • Order and interpret tests and medications as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
  • Cardiology and electrophysiology experience.
  • Proficiency in 12 Lead EKG testing.
  • Nuclear Stress Testing and/or Stress Testing experience.
  • Bachelor of Science, Master's preferred in an AMA-approved PA or NP program.
  • NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License.
  • PA or NP Board Certification.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
