We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales and customer service to drive revenue growth.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
