Position Overview

This full-time on-site position is for a Network Systems Administrator with a minimum of 7 years of experience at The Nu-Age Group. The selected candidate will deliver technical support, manage IT services, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems. The role involves being a technical leader and subject matter expert (SME) in supporting, designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems within our data center, particularly focusing on Windows Server and Networking technologies such as Cisco ACI, Palo Alto NGFW, and Meraki SD WAN.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto firewalls, and network switching/routing
• Proven experience in Network Engineering, with certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Palo Alto PCNSA, PCNSE, Cisco CCNA, or CCNP preferred
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including switching, routing, and firewalls
• Familiarity with wireless technologies (e.g., WLANs, controllers, WPA2, RF)
• 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Technologies, particularly in managing Windows Server environments; Microsoft MCSA or MCSE certification preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
• Experience providing Cisco networking support for multi-site connectivity, including BGP, EIGRP, VPN, VLAN, and subnet design
• Ability to mentor junior and senior support staff
• Involvement in creating and executing operational procedures
• Ensuring the operations team effectively troubleshoots and resolves issues detected by monitoring systems
• Ownership of escalated internal and external systems issues
• Collaboration with other departments during cross-functional projects
• Providing engineering support and technical expertise
• Interaction with internal, customer, and third-party teams for configuration, integration, and deployment
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud services
• Onsite presence at The Nu-Age office is required
• Primary responsibility for customer service, desktop, and network troubleshooting, along with onsite support for clients
• Participation in after-hours support rotation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, commensurate with experience
