Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train inventory associates to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management

  • Assist and direct employees with daily tasks and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an inventory associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. and frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and frequently be in low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
