Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
- Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely care
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including promoting membership options and visit packages
- Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions
- Recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
