Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and members, while also driving sales and growth for our clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent services to members and patients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Gain memberships and meet sales goals by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and promoting our wellness offerings.
- Greet members and patients upon arrival, checking them in for appointments and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively sell and upsell our services.
- Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, while also maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages to patients and members.
- Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies, procedures, and direction.
- Be willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism and using it as a learning tool.
- Able to work multiple locations required.
- Driven to climb the company ladder.
- Possess a winning attitude.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
- Have strong phone and computer skills.
- Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
- Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics.
- Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
- Share personal chiropractic experience and stories.
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
- Competitive hourly rate of $13 + bonus.
- Monday and Thursday 9:30-7 pm, Sunday 9:30-5 pm schedule.
- Medical, dental, holiday pay, and PTO offered.
