Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our chiropractic team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely care
  • Support our chiropractic team, providing administrative assistance as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow manager's policies, procedures, and direction
  • Willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
