Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our chiropractors in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely care
  • Support chiropractors in delivering high-quality care, including checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and re-engaging inactive patients
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients
  • Recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
