Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Equipment Master to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial equipment and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment and HVAC systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
  • Provide hands-on training to support the needs of the operations
  • Respond to after-hours service calls and perform work of moderate difficulty
  • Work independently to diagnose and repair equipment and building systems
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of maintenance methods, safety practices, and materials, tools, and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience and good mechanical skills in equipment repair, refrigeration, HVAC, electricity, and general maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, understand, follow, and apply procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and follow blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications
  • Experience completing work orders and working knowledge of computers
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree and plus type III or universal EPA refrigeration certification
