Position Details:

Status: Full-Time/Part-Time/On-Call

Shift: Day/Evening/Night

Schedule: Varied

Role Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, your primary duties will include maintaining cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, offices, and restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
  • Ensure resident rooms are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Regularly vacuum carpets and mop floors.
  • Keep apartments safe, comfortable, and visually appealing.
  • Address spills and other cleanliness issues as they arise.
  • Utilize cleaning products and hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
  • Clean exterior windows and outdoor areas as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred, especially in a multi-unit setting.
  • Experience with senior populations is beneficial, particularly in healthcare.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Career Advancement:

After mastering this role, opportunities for advancement may include Lead Housekeeper, Resident Services Director, Maintenance Director, or Certified Nursing Assistant positions.
