About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and inventory management to ensure efficient and cost-effective food production
  • Menu compliance and food quality control to maintain our culinary standards
  • Leadership and development of team members to drive innovation and excellence in food production
  • Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are met
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
Requirements
  • Supervisory culinary experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning or afternoon/evening shifts
  • Strong coaching and employee development skills to drive team performance
  • Passion for food and innovation to drive culinary excellence
