Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
    • Ensure that all hotel standards and policies are met, and that guest satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, and food and beverage servers.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue, including pricing, marketing, and sales initiatives.
    • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Education
