Job Summary: At Fundamental, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the medications they need to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and state law.
  • Provide additional care services to patients as instructed and under the supervision of nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
  • Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a CNA is preferred.
