Job Opportunity:

UW Health is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and NICU settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive treatment services to pediatric patients in various settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create evidence-based patient and family treatment plans.
  • Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.

Requirements:

  • Masters level degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
  • Wisconsin state license (or eligible) to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
