We are seeking a highly skilled City Center Manager to lead our Cosentino City Center in Washington, D.C. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
- Manage key customers in the area, planning visits, developing relationships, and driving sales.
- Identify potential leads and track them until close to ensure profitable sales.
- Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
- Accelerate brand recognition through effective positioning, product training, and differentiation.
- Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales according to assigned goals.
- Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks for commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, and reporting.
- Coordinate and align the team in the City Center to ensure they are performing their duties.
- Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
- Maximize cooperation between commercial and promotional opportunities.
- Capture market trends through external events, seminars, and other activities.
- Act as a brand representative in association, university, and other activities.
- Market and co-advertise based on regions for all brands with corporate coordination.
- Improve efficiency and service levels.
- Identify activities with potential impact on sales, aligned with the mission of Cosentino related to the City.
- Plan events and activities with the City Center team.
- Control budgets and P&L.
- Analyze the ROI of each activity.
- Ensure the execution of events in accordance with company policies.
- 5+ years of experience in sales in the construction or technical sector.
- 5+ years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers.
- 3+ years of management experience of small teams.
- Proven skills in generating sales reports, expenses, visits, and other relevant data.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle in the sector.
- Successful management of teams, marketing, customer service, and business operations.
- Knowledge of the construction sector.
- Salesforce and other order management systems.
