About the Role

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Training Policy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH) in developing and implementing effective training policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Training Policies: Create and update training policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to OCCH leaders on complex religious support and spiritual readiness issues, Army Chaplain Corps training, and Army policy development.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as a liaison between OCCH and other HQDA organizations to facilitate communication and ensure effective collaboration on religious support initiatives.
  • Prepare Analytical Support: Develop and maintain analytical support-related correspondence to facilitate client and project staff communication.
  • Manage Support Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date support records and act as the custodian of support documents and records.
  • Develop Business Requirements: Develop and maintain business requirements for multiple projects and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate Requirement Metrics: Evaluate requirement metrics to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Confirm Business Requirements: Confirm that business requirements are factored into data requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Handle Requirement Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document System and Business Requirements: Document system and business requirements to facilitate effective project management and delivery.
  • Optimize Requirements Process: Continuously optimize the process for developing requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enable Requirements Team: Enable the requirements team to complete the requirements process by providing necessary guidance and support.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Facilitate meetings to review workflow processes and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
  • Recruit and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, including evaluating employee performance and recommending promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 Years of Experience: Have at least 10 years of relevant Army training policy experience.
Security Requirements

Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must be capable of obtaining a favorable SECRET Clearance.
