Job Title: Training Policy Analyst

Summit Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Training Policy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical, analytical, educational, and administrative services in support of emerging information management requirements for the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH) and supporting directorates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to OCCH leaders on religious support and spiritual readiness, Army Chaplain Corps training, Soldier and Family Ministry, and Army policy development.
  • Serve as a technical specialist and liaison between OCCH and other HQDA organizations on complex religious support issues, processes, or methods.
  • Prepare analytical support-related correspondence to facilitate client and project staff communication.
  • Maintain support records and act as custodian of support documents and records.
Requirements:
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access.
  • Have at least 10 years of relevant Army training policy experience.
  • Hold a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Be able to attend in-person meetings in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Work experience is not a replacement for a completed bachelor's degree.
