Your Role:

As the Community Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our Tax Credit apartment community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs in accordance with company policies
  • Conducting thorough unit inspections
  • Engaging with current and prospective residents to foster a welcoming environment
  • Supporting leasing activities, including tours and application processing
  • Maintaining safety and security within the community
  • Completing daily operational reports
  • Ensuring compliance with housing program regulations

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is essential
  • Background in tax-credit property management is required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
  • A valid Driver's License is necessary
