Fleet Sales Development Specialist

The Fleet Sales Representative plays a vital role in identifying and partnering with businesses that require vehicle usage, creating a fuel demand in our market area.
Fleet Card Sales Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, promoting the brand and growing business through various platforms, including cold calls, email marketing, texts, social media, mailings, and others.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a company database for accounts, including creating new accounts, weekly and monthly billing, and creating quarterly reports for customers when requested.
Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Track and provide payout data for team member referral programs.
- Train in-store staff on Fleet card and VIP card usage.
Loyalty Program Responsibilities:
- Maintain the loyalty program site.
- Ensure the integrity of the VIP program.
- Train VIP Ambassadors.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of our accounts and interact professionally with them.
- Good driving record - Travel is required throughout the state of Kansas.
