Medical Research Associate Job Description:

The Medical Research Associate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of research studies at TriHealth. This position involves working closely with study sponsors, principal investigators, and hospital staff to ensure successful study outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement study protocols and procedures
  • Collect and analyze data from research studies
  • Maintain accurate and complete case report forms
  • Support study coordinators in ensuring compliance with research regulations
  • Contribute to the development of new research initiatives and proposals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical research
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Compensation:
  • A competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
