At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled High-Level Support Associate to join our team in downtown Cincinnati. This is a part-time role that requires at least 3+ years of experience in executive support and the ability to work 15 hours per week during normal office hours.

This position is a long-term temporary assignment lasting between 3 to 6 months. The pay rate for this role will range from $25 to $33 per hour.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, reconciling personal and professional calendars, and handling correspondence to ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations to ensure the President and other members of the Executive Team are well-prepared for priority engagements.

  • Execute research on marketing thought leadership, articles, etc., for the executive team to share proactive insights with clients.

  • Maintain professional and timely communication as the President's liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the point of contact for the Cincinnati office.

  • Plan and support local company activities to enhance teamwork.

  • Cross-office coordination and collaboration.

  • Acquire office badge access for traveling employees.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, considering time zones and optimizing efficiency for the President and other members of the leadership team.

  • Assist with expense management, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies for the President and other members of the leadership team.

  • Support the Agency Leadership Team in various strategic initiatives, projects, and events, which may include event planning, research, data analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Foster positive relationships with staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, representing the President and Agency Leadership in a professional and approachable manner.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent executive support experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in downtown Cincinnati.

We offer a competitive salary of $25 to $33 per hour, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
