Healthcare Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Systems support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, building, testing, and implementing software systems in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and design system components to meet business needs
- Develop and implement software solutions to support clinical, fiscal, and business operations
- Collaborate with end users, managers, and senior management to identify and resolve system issues
- Participate in the On Call support team to ensure seamless system operation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Certification in 2-4 Epic EHR applications or other software certification relevant to the position
- 2-3 years' healthcare experience and 3 years' analysis and design experience
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and facilitation skills
- Mastery of program development tools and proficiency with MS Office
