As a Building Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Security systems. You will work closely with our design team and subcontractors to ensure that all systems are properly installed and functioning as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Security systems
- Work with design team and subcontractors to ensure proper installation and functionality
- Provide detailed reports of system operations to customers, consultants, and our design team
- Perform programming for Fire Alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems using brand-specific software and code requirements
- Assist in the programming and commissioning of all systems as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with installing and/or commissioning Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Security systems
- Maine Electrical License preferred but will consider four years of electrical experience with training
- Fire Alarm NICET II certification
