Job Overview

At TechLink Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production by planning and scheduling manufacturing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize supply plans and schedules for maximum productivity.
  • Create daily production orders for continuous production needs.
  • Communicate supply plans to key stakeholders, including manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Develop and communicate weekly schedule updates.
  • Maintain accuracy of planning information in the MRP system (SAP).
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
  • Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Basic experience with MS Office and ability to use various types of databases and computer software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems and ability to maintain accuracy of planning information.
