**Responsibilities:**
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Contact Center, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and operational efficiency are maintained.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of contact center professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contact center management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in a large-scale contact center environment.
**Estimated Salary:** $130,000 - $160,000 per year
