Internship Opportunity


Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in the live entertainment sector? Our paid Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students interested in exploring the dynamics of the live event industry.

This program will provide you with comprehensive exposure to various facets of the live event business.

This is a part-time role, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, with a commitment to be present in the office on designated weekdays.

Key Responsibilities


This position involves assisting the Director of Culture & Operations with daily administrative tasks and various office duties.

Responsibilities will include updating databases, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and facilitating monthly employee recognition initiatives.

Engagement with colleagues will be a significant aspect of this role, as the department focuses on supporting the organization as a whole.

Additionally, the intern will have the chance to assist with company events organized by the Director of Culture & Operations and the essential committees at C3.

Some events will take place in the office, while others may occur off-site.

Learning Goals
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the cultural landscape within the entertainment industry and effectively apply this knowledge to daily office operations. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Support the Director of Culture & Operations in fostering a positive workplace atmosphere while optimizing administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.


Qualifications
This role requires in-office presence during designated weekdays. This is not a remote internship opportunity.

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field

Junior or Senior standing

Previous experience is preferred (academic, internship, or professional)

Creative problem-solver with a positive outlook

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy

Ability to work collaboratively and execute programs effectively
