About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and launch new innovative designs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing technical aspects of product design projects from ideation to launch, creating all engineering documents using SolidWorks and ePDM, and developing test plans to meet product requirements. You will also be responsible for working with our test lab and/or performing tests to gain knowledge or qualify designs. Additionally, you will own the entire product design lifecycle and ensure the development and accuracy of work performed.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Connector Product Design is required. You should have excellent Solidworks skills, commitment to best modeling practices, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong decision-making ability and fluency in technical concepts are also essential. Familiarity with connector manufacturing processes, Lean tools, and regulatory requirements is desired. Prototyping experience, including 3D printing and contact and connector prototyping, is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
