We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Evaluator to join our team at The IMA Group in Endicott, NY. As a key member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, gathering medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and analyzing diagnostic tests and medical data.

Our ideal candidate will have a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, completion of a master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies, and proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Preferred specialties include family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, occupational medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), or orthopedics.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes competitive compensation, complete health coverage, paid maternity leave, and no on-call responsibilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our team delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including gathering medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and analyzing diagnostic tests and medical data
  • Prepare a comprehensive medical report, including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant's condition(s)
