JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and enhance the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby, corridors, public restrooms, and communal spaces.

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of designated areas within the hotel.
  • Prepare and tidy meeting rooms for various functions.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of external areas surrounding the hotel, including pathways and staircases.
  • Provide housekeeping supplies to guest rooms as requested by the Front Desk or Supervisor.
  • Warmly greet every guest encountered in hallways, the lobby, or public spaces with appropriate salutations.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Notify the Supervisor regarding any lost and found items.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily objectives.
  • Adhere to protocols for entering and exiting guest accommodations.
  • Follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning agents, ensuring no chemical mixtures occur.
  • Return keys and communication devices to the Housekeeping Department at the end of the shift.
  • Work safely to prevent injuries to oneself, colleagues, or guests.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of Room Attendants' storage areas, guest facilities, and hotel amenities.
  • Identify and report safety hazards to the Department Supervisor immediately.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned or required.
  • Arrive at work punctually and in proper uniform.
  • Exhibit good personal hygiene practices.
  • Maintain accountability for keys issued for job responsibilities.

Team Collaboration:
Must effectively communicate and cooperate with fellow staff members to complete daily assignments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to convey and receive information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
