With 210 stylishly appointed guest rooms and 13,042 sq ft. of versatile meeting space, our hotel is not just a destination; it's an experience. As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time Public Space Attendant to join our team. As a Public Space Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel's lobby and other public areas. This is an opportunity to combine your can-do attitude with a passion for service and create a top-notch experience for all of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas.
  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues in public restrooms.
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas as required.
  • Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards.
