About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, answering phones and greeting visitors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
