Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

At Global Technical Talent, we're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient services team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with precision and care.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing according to established procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide clear and compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and building trust with our patients.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to strict confidentiality and accuracy standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
