Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Perimeter Healthcare. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document patient behavior, providing a safe and clean environment.
  • Escort and interact with patients, promoting a therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Model and teach life skills, including daily living skills and appropriate behavior.
  • Provide physical restraint or intervention when necessary, with training provided.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of related experience in a residential or hospital setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a rotation of 4 days on/2 days off.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
