About the Role:

We are seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our team at Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO). As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, including managing client/patient schedules, coordinating check-ins, and processing paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client/patient schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate check-ins and perform insurance verification
  • Process co-pay payments and client/patient account balances
  • Prepare and send appointment letters and reminders
  • Manage meetings, room reservations, and clinician office reservations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year minimum experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, clients/patient/ patient facing or related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Ability to learn additional software
  • Valid Michigan Driver's license/access to private transportation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
