Position Overview:
As a Formulation Technician I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our postproduction products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections of finished products to verify compliance with established quality benchmarks.
  • Accurately document inspection outcomes and maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance purposes.
  • Apply cGMP regulations effectively during the inspection process to uphold industry standards.
  • Interpret and execute Work Instructions and Batch Production Records (BPRs) to ensure precise task completion.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized, ensuring it meets audit readiness at all times.
  • Safely handle and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs as necessary.
  • Make informed decisions based on inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of Safety, Quality, Right First Time (RFT), Right First Pass (RFP), and Data Integrity principles.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to conduct meticulous inspections.
  • Skilled in documenting inspection results and maintaining precise records.
  • Strong comprehension skills to follow Work Instructions and BPRs accurately.
  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Capability to maintain a clean and audit-ready workspace.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong decision-making skills with effective communication of findings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Safety, Quality, RFT, RFP, and Data Integrity principles.
